Homeowners May not Like Lake Weeds, but Fish and Anglers Love Them
Walleye fishing has been good to very good, with the fish now locating solidly in the weeds. These fish are feeding nicely all day long in the new weed growth on the lakes. Find the deepest weeds you can for the best success.

Northerns are hitting everywhere in the weeds. Big chubs are great to catch good numbers of these fish in the deeper weeds.

Panfish action is great. The crappies are still on the shorelines where there is sufficient cover such as downed trees. Bluegills will remain on the shorelines and in shallow weeds for some time. Perch are in the deeper weeds.
